Still no snow in Quebec, I wasn't sure how I could get into the holiday spirit at the outdoor German Christmas Market. But it only took a few minutes of walking through the market and hearing Christmas songs, some German music and feeling the warmth of the fireplaces keeping people tasty while surrounded by Christmas trees and decorations.

With plenty to taste a visit to the market is best done on an empty stomach. From sausage to chocolate to beer, there is a taste for everyone.
